Who you'd be hiring
We became the roofer we kept trying to hire
Our owners renovate and resell their own houses across greater Charlotte, and roofing was always the hardest trade to hire well. Everything on this page is a photograph you can look at, a number you can count, or a homeowner saying it instead of us.

Our story
Built by people who had to live with the work
Our owners have been investing in real estate for over ten years, and for the last six they have renovated and resold their own properties across the Charlotte region. Every one of those projects meant hiring trades, and roofing was consistently the hardest to find a great team.
A roof is the one system on a house that hides its own defects.
It looks finished from the driveway whether it was installed to spec or not, and the difference does not surface until the first hard rain, the fifth year, or the buyer’s inspection. Renovating to sell does not get you out of that.
A buyer’s inspector is paid to find what is wrong with a house, which is a harder audience than a homeowner who will never see their own roof up close. It is the audience we learned this work in front of, and it is why we stopped outsourcing the risk and built the roofing operation we had been trying to hire.
We built it for the houses we owned. Yours gets the same standard. Ask us what we would do if this were yours: (980) 600-2244.

Before you sign
What we put in writing, and what we turn down
Three answers in plain terms, each linking to the page where you can check it.
In writing
A quote you keep, before anything comes off.
We get the on-site inspection on the calendar within 48 hours of your call, then the written, itemized quote reaches you within 24 hours of that visit. It names the exact manufacturer's warranty for the material you chose. Two clocks, in that order, and neither one costs you anything.
The warranty
The manufacturer's, and only the manufacturer's.
We do not sell a workmanship warranty and we will not imply we have one. What covers your roof is the manufacturer's warranty on the materials, spelled out in your contract before work begins. It holds because the roof goes on to their specification, and one point of contact runs your job from tear-off to final nail.
What we decline
Roofs on homes. Not commercial buildings, not flat roofs, not siding.
Every job published on this site is a single-family house, all of it in North Carolina and within an hour's drive of our own door at 436 Crompton St in Charlotte. If your building is outside that, we would rather say so here than after you have spent twenty minutes on the phone.
Your next step

Including whether it needs replacing at all. Tell us the address and what you're worried about, and we'll tell you what we would do with it.
