Terms of Service

• This website tells you what we do. It is not a quote, a price, or a contract.
• Sending a form is a request. The work starts with a written, itemized quote and a contract you sign.
• If your roof is open and water is coming in, call. Do not use a form.
• The words and pictures here are ours. Read them and link to them. Do not republish them as your own.

They are between you and Rixa Roofing LLC, a roofing contractor at 436 Crompton St, Charlotte, NC 28273. Using this site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What we do with anything you send us is a separate document: see the Privacy Policy.

Everything here is information about a roofing company and the work it does. It is written to be accurate, and when it is not, we correct it.

It is not an offer, a quote, or a price, and nothing on it forms a contract. The service descriptions tell you what we do. They do not commit us to doing it at a particular property until somebody has been up on the roof and put a number in writing.

Sending either form on this site is a request for us to get in touch. It does not book anything, and nothing is accepted until we reply.

After that the sequence is the one described everywhere else on this site: we reply, we book a free on-site inspection, we look at the roof, and a written, itemized quote follows. Those timings are commitments we hold ourselves to during business hours, and they describe how we work rather than terms of an agreement that does not exist yet. Weather, storm volume, and access to a property can move a date.

The work itself is governed by that written quote and by the contract you sign before anything comes off your roof. The warranty on the materials is the manufacturer’s, and the exact terms for what you choose are named on the quote and spelled out in the contract. Where the quote or the contract says something different from this website, the quote and the contract are what count.

This website is not an emergency channel. A form goes to an inbox, and an inbox gets read during business hours. If a storm has opened your roof or water is coming into the house, call (980) 600-2244. Every day 8am to 5pm.

Every roof on our projects pages is a job we completed. The details published with it (the year the house was built, its size, the shingle color, what was in scope) describe that house.

They are not a specification for yours and they are not a price. Two roofs of the same size can be two different jobs, which is why the number comes after the inspection rather than before it.

When you send us a form, give us details that are true, and be the owner of the property or someone entitled to arrange work on it. Please do not submit somebody else’s address or contact details.

We schedule an inspection from what you tell us, and a wrong address costs somebody a visit.

Read it, print it, send links to it. What you may not do:

• scrape or bulk-copy it, or use its contents to build or fill a competing site
• submit the forms automatically, or flood them
• probe, overload, or attempt to break the site or the services behind it
• send us anything false, abusive, or unlawful
• use our name, our logo, or our photographs to suggest that we endorse you or that we worked on something we did not

The text, the photographs, the logo, and the design of this site belong to Rixa Roofing LLC or are used with permission. You may not republish them as your own or use them commercially without asking us first.

The manufacturer brochures and manufacturer marks on this site remain the property of those manufacturers. They are reproduced here so you can read what you are buying.

The site points at a few places we do not control: a map of our address, our social accounts, and the chat widget on the home page, which a third party runs. Once you are dealing with any of them, their terms and their privacy policy apply rather than ours. The Privacy Policy says what the chat does with what you type into it.

This section is about the website. It says nothing about work we perform on a roof, which the section above covers.

We keep this site accurate and available, and we do not promise it will be perfect or uninterrupted. It is provided as it is: we make no warranty that the site will be error free, always reachable, or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for a third-party tool on it behaving badly.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rixa Roofing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website, out of it being unavailable, or out of a third-party tool on it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Again, this is about the website. What we owe you for work done on your property is set out in your contract.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

We may update these terms. The current version is the one on this page, with the date at the top of it, and using the site after a change means you accept the change.

If any part of this page turns out not to hold up, the rest of it still stands.
